I must be doing something wrong not to get a good result in the nd? Can u suggest anything? i can see its bluured a bit on the face and the text bit wierd i was extremly tired wen i made it?

Most probably its the render...try the new text I gave you, make the text big, and put in a render that suits the bg...

Personally I think you should practice on blending the render into the background a little bit more. Everything else will just come naturally with experimentation.
