Stop trying to blend it so much..

The text is plain and the out glow and gradient doesn't go well imo.. on the smaller text mainly

Background is like a grungy army camouflage and then you mix it with an anime cartoon girl & a rainbow border

I think you might be trying to hard with all the layer options you put on (bevel emboss and outer glow). Right at the N in Designer if you go straight up you can see your background duplicate line. Don't even try to blend it, instead make a whole new background. The one you have now reminds me of a fabric my grandmother would own. Keep practicing though
