Yeah, you have to be into the editing replays, skating with friends, and/or sessioning spots with "real" tricks. If you're not into those or are easily bored by them, this game isn't for you. Only thing is, online ain't too pretty and the video sharing site is a ***** to work.
But Airborne, I mean, I'm going to setup a KO Tournament on this site, so hopefully that'll get you thinking about playing again, lol.
What I do to make the best out of Skate [Which I'm sure Shouka does too]:
I just skate around San Van until I find a big ass set of stairs, or some nice looking rail, or some sweet gap that grabs my attention. And I'll just think to myself what would look nice on it. And I don't leave that spot until I do the exact trick I first thought of. In 2 hours of gameplay, I'll play at only 3 or 4 spots, and still not be bored. Skate is only a game that's amazing for those that are really fascinated with skateboarding.
Btw, I saw that Nate Sherwood video you sent me in the chat Shouka
My new favorite skater?!
