global servers??

ok, i have a friend on my ps3 in the U.K, everytime we try and get in an online freeskate, or any online mode game it doesn't work...has anyone heard anything about there being global servers or anything???he shows up on my sidekick, and i can send him an invite, and vice versa, but as its connecting, it says it can't connect, or says i've lost connection. if anyone knows a fix or has the same prob. let me know.

it is global. especially when you're able to see them in your sidekick. but uhm. eat more carrots.

Maybe it is maybe it isn't, frankly my dear I couldn't give a damn anymore. online is a stack better on xbox (yeah you pay for it (xb live)but it works) more players free skate, proper mic support and global servers that work.

Sorry guys had my ps3 for two painful months, enough is enough.

Ps although you show up in sidekick, any skate messages sent are unreadable via sidekick (so have to quit game and go back to xmb to read) humph!

Yeah, I was really lookin forward to hookin up with you too. Probably gonna trade mine in for the xbox version this weekend. Not much point to the career mode when I can do it with xbox and actually get something for it besides it being fun. I only have like 2 more vidz to do and I'll be finished with it on PS3 anyway. I'll shoot you a message on xbox when I pick it up.
