Starring Tobey McGuire and Kirsten Dunst as Peter Parker and Mary Jane Watson, respectively, Spider-Man 3 is Activision's sequel to Spider-Man 2 and is exclusively based off of Sony Pictures' film of the same name. Expect it in May of 2007.

The game should follow the exact plot line of the film and should have a playable area even surpassing that seen in Spider-Man 2.

Yeah, theres new features such as being able to pull people who are about to die from falling overhead rubble.

Also, you can now swing in the subways and the sewers, and there will be 2 versions of the game = Collector's Editon and Normal Edition.

Collector's Edition includes the ability to play as the New Green Goblin.

For those thinking, about buying this game, I would recommend for you not to buy the Collector's Edition. To me, it is a waste of money and complete crap. The only reason (and I'm sure for the rest of you) I bought Spider-man 3 the Collector's Edition was to play as the new Green Goblin. Well, it is not what I expected; the only thing to do is "beat the time" races. The controls are very frustrating and is practically impossible to "slice" someone with your sword and nail them with the explosives.

Roaming the city is great, swinging from building to building has always been fun in the Spider-man series. But the bosses are a little frustrating, and it gets a little old playing the same mission, hearing the same quotes over and over again. Sure, you can swim now, but the fights are constant button mashing. Many of the missions I won are from luck and and clicking random buttons. I'm just telling those who are thinking about purchasing the Collector 's Edition, and giving them a heads-up. Although, I'm disappointed on how this game turned out, I am still glad that I own this game. I was getting a little tired of Call of Duty 3 and Tony Hawk Project 8, and needed to start playing a new game. This (like Spider-man 2) is one of those "last resort" games to play when you get bored of all the others you own.

is there any one hoo has beat the game yet im only 50% done with and im stuck on the giant lizard boss u have to beat.i hate it its hard and a waste of my time and ive gotten so close to completing the mission but i always die it sucks .any tips from anyone.

Are you at that long ass missins in the sewers. If your talking about that and the giant lizard boss, then that mission was a ***** to beat. The way I beat the reptile was to just keep jumping out of the way when the geico... I mean geko turned purple. But I could be talking about something totally different.

Why would anybody even but any Collector's Editions from any game? Theres really no point in paying 10 more bones to play some green dude. I love the game though. All Spiderman games were good in my opinion.
