Theme Maker(Program)
Some general tips: All your icons, backgrounds etc must be in the same folder where you save your .xml file for it to generate the p3t file. And you MUST load them in the app from the same folder before you save the .xml You MUST load the sample.xml file, IF you are not changing every single icon. if you are only changing a few icons load the sample.xml theme first and then change what your gonna change. If you are going from scratch then you MUST make sure that you change EVERY icon, if you miss one then p3tcompiler will have an error. Dont forget to get the backgrounds put in etc. Icon files MUST be .png format 128×128 size http://www.ps3-themes.com/downloads/PS3TCv1.5.rar

i cant take credit for the program..b/c first its a free program and second i didnt make it...so tech. it would be illegal for me to do that....

Heads up, you are going to need a program like dreamweaver if you want to edit the name of the file, the number of wallpapers, etc.
