I'm trying to install themes from my flash drive

I am having one problem trying to install themes. I did what a few of the website have said. Created a folder on my flash drive called "PS3" and under that created a folder called "THEMES" (all capital) and saved the .pt3 files there. But when i go to install them off the flash drive, the PS3 says no themes detected! ANY IDEAS?

Just to make sure, but are you installing them under themes in system settings? eh if i made u feel like a dumbass i apologize

Yeah i was doing that. But i got the internet hooked up now so its all good.
