i downloaded the programme from Paint.NET
now i have installed it all n i got a picture went on the programme but i cant edit it or anything im new to it so i dont no what you do can some1 help me please

i have paint so ill help listen carefully, its quite simple to use you simply copy and paste an image on to your paint page, you have to use the options on the top of the page to paste it you press paste in new layer. you then use the tools on the side to edit your picture and there is options on the top that can also edit your image, use the text option on the tools to put your name on the picture or signature. you then use photobucket to put the image on the internet you then get the URL of the image and paste it onto inset image on the edit signature page on this site then preview it and thats how you make a sig using paint.com.

its simple. on the window on the left press the text button (A) and place the curser where you want. Make it perfect as if you move the cursor you cant press backspace! you can only use the right window to choose till wer u go back! thats to write words. if you wantto remove a small iece of text, use the color picker to take the closest color, than use the paintbrust to paint over it. you can also add effects like make the photo an oil painting etc. from the effects on the tool bar. then as tom said, go on photobucket, sign up, and upload the picture. there you get 4 codes. use the appropriate 1.
