For the lag comment you are from the UK if im not mistaken right Saint? and I take it you play on the American ladder (which is against rules and leads into a 2 year ban from ladder) But if a EU clan is on the American ladder the American team can lose 3-0 and still get the win because you arent allowed on the US ladder. EU + US in same room = laaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaag

im going to have to agree with beast, body rock, and whoever else says gb's better. the forums on here used to be really good and stuff but now there are like 2 decent threads. most of em are about recruiting for clans no one will care to join or about matches for PS3L. once arena comes out i hope the site gets more members, a better ladder than gb, and the forums start to turn back around. for now gb is better just because there are so many good clans and it's actually competition. the match finder makes it easy to get clan battles so you can multiple clan battles a day if you are able to. sure some people use jugg, alot camp, and some restart once they get losses...but its just a game so just quit your *****in.

even though i prefer GB, still a good topic thread assassin.


edit: i'd also like to say that i want ps3m to be better than GB one day, but currently GB owns.

I think a lot of people in this thread are missing the point. Really the question is what site is better, PS3 Leaderboard or ***********? Obviously the answer to that is ***********, they have thousands of people, a great ladder and tournament script and it's run pretty well most of the time. Of course there are faults, but there is on every ladder site. It's not fair to put Multiplayer into this conversation, because that's not what this site was really set up for.

Multiplayer was really about live events, and to tell you the truth they are run pretty good. It's hard to set up single player events because some of the games require everyone to add the host, which can be a huge pain. I doubt you can't find a better single player event website than Multiplayer, there just isn't a match. The ladders and tournaments for clans set up on the Leaderboard site is just extra, you can tell because Adrian has to go in and manually input all the results which is a lot of work.

Soon the new question will be what site is better, PS3 Arena or ***********? I really think once it is completed and is up and running you guy's will really enjoy it, it will have every thing you could ever want in a ladder site. And the great thing about it will be it is all about the PS3, no more favoring XBox and the PS3 players are hung out to dry. Everyone will be impressed with it, I know for a fact and you will then have a new opinion about the entire PS3 Media Network that is still growing. But don't forget the other site's coming after Arena that will be just as great, we have some big plans for the future.

This site used to have great forums, but it has completely DIED since COD3. None of the funny people are here anymore, and it has become boring. No more funny threads, only UK recruiting threads. yeh.. its almost impossible for OFP to get matches here now.
it doesnt make a difference when ur wins get put up.. they get put up in the end.
i think the rules on this site are much better tho.. much more freedom. game battles is far too strict.
overall ps3 leaderboard is much better imo.. and because theres not 1000s of clans.. everyone pretty much knows someone from each clan.. which means theres alot less trouble (disputed games, cheats ect... )

Explain......y its a autofail......i have no probz with UT3 at all.plz and thanx....But really u have to remember GB has been around alot longer since like ps2 if i recall,and like Rocket said when PS3arena opens then we should decide which one is better.

So like UT3 is like one of the best games out on the ps3. Don't hate. They only took it down because due to the amount of team inactive. Still a damn good game.

But EU Ladder has got wayy 2 many 8-13 yr old clans, half of em sound like they got helium permanently shoved in their voice box ..

surprised some people are saying the leaderboard site is better. its fundamentally flawed. it sounds like it beats gb only in the freedom it offers for some but for others they dont want this freedom, they want everything nailed down in rules. i can understand both sides.

when i was playing with my clan i never bothered even joining gb and i never will now as they are just too big. i think having alternatives is great.

if arena has a fully automated system with match finder then there is no reason it cannot be as good, for sure.
