Well then we're getting unbanned pretty soon. The ball bounced to his level and towards his right side. Anelka was behind him. All he had to do was kick it straight up into the air. I being a Liverpool fan, have to admit that Babel's goal was just completely shit.
I mean the ball comes straight to your chest and yet Cech has to jump up then dive to his right.

Drogba's goal was the goal of the day.

Dude, scoring a penalty is one of the most pressuring things your up against in a game, let alone doing it to send your team through to the Champions league Final AND when your an emotional wreck.

babels goal was just luck coz everyone thought for a second that shevchenko came in but he didnt so he just shot and it was a goal...i was a bit shocked and it was a great goal but the keaper could have the ball....chelsea was awesome....kanous shot and then drogba just awesome woahh

great match, really enjoyed it. theres nothing like the champions league to see top players playing top football. better than the world cup in my opinion.

rafa mucked up a bit i reckon but still, liverpool, had their chances.

anyway, chelsea played some better football at most time (bit like barca last night ) and probably deserved the win. shame, i was looking forward to penalties!

i have been trying to think who i would rather have played in the final but i am happy its chelsea for a couple of reasons

1. they will be more tired and worried from their premiership games
2. if the red devils win the league chelsea might be demotivated for the final
