Blueiron i totally understand but it's not like each region will be banned from entering each others threads! I'm sure if this went ahead friendly faces shall pop in here and there... Pretty sure it would keep the naughty people happy that can't stand europeans and the same for the europeans lol...

Also, guys don't get the idea I'm trying to take over lol, I may sound like I'm trying to 'own' this place, but its mearly me fed up with these forums going downhill and i am trying to help rescue this nice place

Well theres my input for you cuz :)

Jewell, another list full of great ideas. I think it is a priority to include numerous new sections for all sorts of topics so that people that are too scared perhaps to say something completely off topic can input their knowledge or interests. This way members can feel comfortable posting about what ever they like and how many times they like! Without spamming of course Balzan..

For example, like you say Jewell, Entertainment..

We can make threads about new films being released and have a nice chat and give our views on those and what not, great fun if you ask me lol.

Of course I know this is a PS3 site, however it doesn't hurt to expand our minds and make things more interesting in general?

TV shows...who watches what? Why do you watch it, who watches it etc...

Bowley i think you hit the nail on the head with maybe a proper profile page, the threads could be wiped however I think this would be deemed as a huge step as there will no longer be any records of activity and it will be like a whole new fresh and If this were to happen I think it would be a pretty huge thing to go about..but i don't know..

See this is the PS3 Media Network bar at the top of the screen. Seriously I go on PS3Multiplayer, Ps3 LeaderBoards and PS3 News and that about it, I dont think I've touched the other one and I think its inactive. If you want a video hosting site maybe you can do something like the MLG gameroom, although you will need some serious development, and I will try and help if you want me to Adrian :).



Again, what is the point in this? It is just using extra bandwith on the forums. In my opinion just get rid of it. Seriously there is just no point, new games come out every month and it will just be an pointless job just updating it all the time.

Also the banner at the top of the screen can you get someone on the GFX staff to do a simple elegent banner and the top. Maybe with a sort of a slogan as well. Just have something like the PS3M logo at the Top with a white-grey sort of background, next to the logo you can have PS3 Multiplayer and under it a slogan like The Only Place for your PS3 Online needs. Something along those lines though.

Then we can touch on this around the sides. Maybe you can get rid of the news archives, we dont really care about old news to be honest, also the medal table should just be scrapped but not the medal system, thats an nice feature. The date/month calender at the side, I know the date thank you. Seriously making your forum long makes it a hassel to scroll down all the time. Also the Online Challengers at the side maybe you could keep it? Although try and update your graphics :P

And also PS3 Leaderboards being advertised everywhere on the forum? Maybe you can just link it at the top but maybe something a bit smaller? Also the news at the side? Every thought about removing one of the event collumn and putting the news there? Just an idea though.

Now to touch on the forums. In my opinion you should do some of the ideas suggested by Jewell. Maybe have it in this structure.

Bulletin Board (Latest News will be posted here.)
Upcoming Events and Competitions. (Maybe a Sub forum for 1V1s)
Introduce Yourself! (Speaks for itself really.)

General PS3 Discussion (Talk about the System and the Hardware/Firmware Updates.) (Also have sub forums of PS3 Technical Support and Firmware Discussion)
PS3 Games (Talk about all the games in general in one forum.) (Sub Forum of Gaming Help to help other members)
Past Generation (Talk About Old PS consoles)

Catergory Name: General Chit Chat
Off Topic Discussion
GFX Talk (Sub forums of Requests and Showcase, maybe a Hall of Fame?)
Other Console Discussion. (Talk about other Gaming platforms and keep the oh WiiTard and GayBox comments out of the question).
Sport Chat (Maybe sticky some threads like, General BaseBall Thread, General Football thread and keep most of it in there.)

Ok, that is pretty huge to be fair and speaks for itself, great input and I hope in the near future some of this can be implemented...

Regarding the skin change you've suggested, admins I know the whole ps3leaderboard took a huge part of your time and life and that also speaks for itself, however I too believe possibly the forums could do with a bit of brightning up perhaps?

Guys do you think It's slightly dark and could be more eye catching? Maybe a light blue colour or something that catches your eye and looks sexy to post in lol..

Again, just some ideas to think about when you have the time to actually consider them..

Yeah I think a skin change would be great to be honest, maybe light blue or light red?

I really hope the Admins look at this and take in our ideas.

PS3 Leaderboards is going to be a great site, so it's only fair to have a great forum to back it up with!

Only a few small changes are needed and it will make a huge difference.

I think we need advertising to be honest, i think everytime we play call of duty 4 we shud use the clan tag ps3m, and try advertise to as many people as possible, even sending message to people in the room.

Maybe in some old banter to clans like, sign up and we'll kick your arse.

I think if there were more people changes could be made.

baisicly you guys said it all. true, a revamp would be nice. also if you won't/can't do a revamp, change the colour only. Instead of black, dlo it orange (the leaderboard orange) at the top up here:

about promotion, do some BIG banners on ps3leaderboards.
delete people who have been inactive for 2 months (so more space for ppl who sign up!)
