a lot of poeople left for some reason. After cod4 was released people was still here, but after some time the site started dying, i still dont know why .
this site has always been about Call of Duty mainly, we could even call it CODmultiplayer.com lol it was great back in the cod3 days

Yeah I'd say around R6V is when it started slowing down. Thats when people like ECW Dillon, Chewy, lots of DF and TU guys kinda started drifting away I guess.

yeah and i dont even know why i left on january 08, but because i had some serious problems, it was a hard time for me and my family and i had to take care of other things so i didnt have time to come here.
before i left, the site was still very active, but when i came back like on september 08, everything was so different and there was almost nobody i could remember, what happened? idk
but that was a long time ago... yeah me too i have been around since march 07; i joined DF on january but i didnt know this forum until they told me and so i came here.
Now im with A06 i like it because all the old friends who used to be in DF on the cod3 days are joining us

I think the reason for everyone leaving started out because many were getting banned. This place was sort of a flame website, some got along and others didn't. Considering everyone was pretty much in a clan, once someone got banned others just sort of stopped coming here. That's my guess.

As for me, I left mainly because summer was starting and I was out most of the time.

That's what I'd say. We started to lose all activity and those fun flame threads with Dillon where he said he'd play a 23v1 with everyone... That was when this was fun to go on. Now it ****ing sucks... We lost some of the coolest guys (Not Dillon ) and when they left more of the 07ers started to leave and this place got overrun by noobs. There would be 100 new people posting and joining every day and you'd have no idea who the **** they were... I miss the COD3 days where everyone was tight and and knew each other. Now this place is dead. I come back now and again just to see whats become of some of the guys I used to play PS3 with. Anyone who played COD3 and remembers me at all and has a 360 now, add me. My Gamer Tag is TAKEd3mOUT... I don't care if you remeber me from the clan days, SoulDestroyer315 days, or the BioHaZaRD- days, just add me for old time's sake.
