A MYSPACE THING
got this off of myspace, a little factoid for the mature people here.
OUR GREAT U.S. CONGRESS, OF THE 535 MEMBERS: * 29 have been accused of spousal abuse * 7 have been arrested for fraud * 19 have been accused of writing bad checks * 117 have directly or indirectly bankrupted at least 2 businesses * 3 have done time for assault * 71 cannot get a credit card due to bad credit * 14 have been arrested on drug-related charges * 8 have been arrested for shoplifting * 21 are currently defendants in lawsuits * 84 have been arrested for drunk driving in the last year...

I heard Halliburton gets paid to deliver meals to the soldiers
At over 26 bucks a meal And there were some soldiers [Where were chefs before] who volunteered to do the cooking for free It's really crazy how they could do something like this without fearing being exposed Politics for Dummies Translation: Dick Cheney was the Vice President of Halliburton. He now owns stock in the company. So if tax dollars are used to pay Halliburton to ship 26 dollar meals, Cheney gets a nice portion of that money because he's paying himself with money that isn't his. So what's basically happening is the people's tax dollars are given to the government, then kept.
