It does look fantastic....

I've heard good things about this game. That it might actually be the best sports game of 2007 out of all of them !!

The graphics are sublime, that we already know.
Also, the gameplay is supposed to be incredible.

The good thing about this game as opposed to some others is that the action is constant and there are few variables to worry about. The court is a defined area and there is no real luck involved which bodes well for the online play...

actualy, online matches will be awesome!

This game is amazing. Except the whole online play thing ==> "Man that really sucks" ==> anyway I love this game. I really am considering buying an Xbox 360 just to play this game online. Let me know when you guys can beat the computer on a regular basis on Very Hard. It's a challenge and can be aggravating but it makes you much much better.

i downloaded the demo of it and i have mixed feeling on it. graphicly its impressive but not perfect (since when did people who play on clay courts have perfectly clean shoes lol) the detail in the shots looks good, theres more than just swinging, you feel like the player actually has their own style and technique, i love when they dive across the court to reach the ball. however there is one part of the demo that officially takes this game off my list. it is far to easy. the motorstorm and ridge racer demo too me ages to get gold. with this i was able to win comfortably on my first try, and win 40 love on my second try. so unless the full game is alot more challenging i dont think ill even consider getting this.

yeah can't wait for virtua tennis 4.

I think sometimes there should be more LETS, i don't think i have ever hit the net on my serves, or during a rally.

the AI could make some faults on thier serves, they seem to get it right every time.

they could have included aces in the game, i can't see how it is possible to ace the AI its too hard.

can't wait till i unlock wimbledon thoough, and the AI is very hard when you start playing in the higher rank tourneys! i have some fantasic rallies!

I really never noticed that...but i never eally got any faults by hitting the net, it was only by going too far on a side..

I dont see why everyone loves this game so much. I love tennis, and this game is not even similar to real tennis. I prefer Smash Court Tennis Pro tournament 2 over this game. Yes, that is a ps2 game. I hate how in Virtua Tennis 3, they dive all the way across the court. It is impossible to hit it by them. Not every winner in tennis is hit at 100mph. Spin can also get you a winner(just look at Federer and Nadal). They hit the ball way too hard on this game. And even when the ball is hit so hard, you're able to get to it because of the godly speed the players have. I mean, what tennis player can actually dive and save the ball 6 times in a row. Tennis is all about timing. In Smash Court Tennis 2, you have to hit the ball with perfect timing to hit the ball hard or put the perfect spin on it. You cant just hold down on X for 5 seconds and just rip the ball. It is impossible to make an error in the game except for when the guy smashes the ball at you. That is why you should have to time your shots. If you time your shot poorly, the ball will go out. That makes for a more realistic game experience. Also, I wish a tennis game would come out that actually has online. Neither Smash Court 2 nor Virtua Tennis 3 have online. Thats just my 2 cents.
